6 pm flow to yin & 7:15 pm nidra to sound - Sound Bird Center (Mar Vista)

Wednesdays 

9 am flow - Light on Lotus (Mar Vista)

Fridays

6 pm breathwork to sound - Sound Bird Center (Mar Vista)

Saturdays

11 am yin to sound - Sound Bird Center (Mar Vista)
